Signature Park is a 5 block walk through the neighborhood from the house and features a pond with boardwalk, playing lawns, playscape, a dog park, and a series of interconnected walking and hiking trails. Restaurants are within walking distance.

Age Limit for booking is 25 years of age

Payment of a fully refundable security deposit plus 3% processing fee. Deposit amount is based on the length of stay.
Payment for mid-month cleanings at a rate of up to $250 per cleaning.
Provide proof of Renter's insurance for the occupancy term (Insurance providers' contact information provided by Host)

If reservation is cancelled by guest prior to the completion of the term, an early cancellation fee of up to one month's rent will be collected or retained.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 2 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
